Pricing & Profitability Manager Key Responsibilities :
Analyze and manage margins by product line, customer, and divisionPartner with Sales and Procurement to develop pricing strategies that protect and enhance profitIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities through deep financial and operational analysisBuild and maintain dashboards and models (Excel, Power BI) to monitor profitabilitySupport budgeting and forecasting through data-driven insight into sales and margin performancePresent recommendations confidently to senior leaders and influence business decisionsPricing & Profitability Manager Qualifications :
Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)3-5+ years in FP&A, pricing, or margin management within food distribution, CPG, or wholesaleAdvanced Excel and Power BI skills; ability to design dashboards and analyze complex dataStrong financial and commercial acumen - can interpret numbers and drive strategyConfident, assertive communicator who can handle pushback and operate as the pricing expertThrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment#INOCT2025
