Position Overview : V2X Professional Services (VPS) is looking for an early career Learning and Development Training Integrator. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and coordinate the planning and execution of training and other related projects. This includes assisting in administrative and logistics tasks associated with training programs, coordinating and tracking participation in outside training activities, and administering skill or competency assessments.
Responsibilities
- Data entry into learning management system, or other learning software
- Ability to work with large datasets and manipulate / analyze in alignment with customer requirements
- Liaise with clients to identify and gain consensus on requirements, clearly define scope and deliverables
- Assist with program design, supporting system(s) configuration, and application testing
- Maintain Program SharePoint sites
- Create and maintain all program-related documentation (program overview guides, internal and external job aids, FAQ / Q&A, notifications & email templates)
- Work within data privacy, export control, and other communications guidelines to ensure proper protocols are followed
- Conduct in-person and virtual (Zoom / WebEx) meetings
- Flow training / supporting information and or content to Covalent and / or Workday Learning for upload
Required Skills
Minimum two years of professional experience supporting learning and project coordination in a customer-facing environmentIntermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; examples include :Experience analyzing data to generate reports, summarize results, identify trends, identify problems, and suggest solutionsAbility to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present the results of analysis clearly to influence stakeholdersAble to use formulas, and generate pivot tables, charts, and graphs in ExcelProactive, a self-starter with effective teaming skillsDemonstrated experience supporting business project management in a customer-facing environmentProven ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve problems quickly and effectivelyMust possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal business communication skillsThe ability to lift up to 35 poundsKnowledge of learning and development industry, training / program administration, and classroom / event (virtual / in-person) logisticsPreferred Skills
Knowledge of gap analysis and DIF analysisAdaptable to changing environment to meet customer needsEducation
