Job Type : Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift

Key Responsibilities :

Material Handling & Forklift Operations :

Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials in the warehouse

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

Perform basic warehouse tasks like staging, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping

Inspection and Packing :

Inspect incoming car parts to ensure they meet customer quality standards

Use measurement tools and record data in quality systems

Prepare boxes and securely pack automotive parts for shipment

Quality Assurance & Control :

Ensure all outgoing products meet established quality standards

Report any defects or issues to supervisors

Support shipping team with wrapping, weighing, and preparing items for delivery

Team Commitment :

Show willingness to learn processes and contribute ideas

Assist in other departments when needed

Demonstrate a team-first attitude and proactive mindset

Schedule :

Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

8 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM

Days Off : Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

Pay : $20.00 / hour

Requirements :

Valid forklift experience (6+ months preferred)

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently

Experience with warehouse operations (loading, unloading, staging, etc.)

Basic familiarity with computers and inspection processes a plus
