Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved.
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage and record financial data, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor and process invoices, ensuring prompt payments and proper documentation.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and address any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all financial transactions for auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and implement best practices.
- Provide support for end-of-month and year-end closing activities.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
