Salary : $14.95-$15.95 / hour

Express is hiring Quality Assurance Techs for a company in Hattieburg, MS!

  • $14.95-$15.95 / hour
  • Day / Night Shift
  • Bonus Eligible
  • Weekly Pay

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect and evaluate data and ensure that product meets product standards
  • Monitor sanitation practices throughout the facility along with Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Preserve a good relationship with USDA and Production Management
  • Place product on hold that does not meet specifications or compliance
  • Assists other technicians and management in monitoring and verifying specifications
  • Maintain HACCP records (perform CCP checks)
  • Notify Management if discrepancies are found
  • Collect any necessary microbiological samples
  • Monitor the facility's SSOPs
  • Monitor sanitizers in accordance with regulations
  • Responsible for monitoring BRC policies
  • Responsible for monitoring the management of food safety, legality and quality
