Job Summary
The Site HR Business Partner will partner closely with the ICS Operations leadership to develop and implement HR solutions to meet business needs in areas such as organization and workforce effectiveness, talent and leadership development, change management and employee engagement for the Manufacturing Operations in Clinton SC. This person will also contribute to HR strategy and policy, manage HR programs to enable the company to attract, develop and retain high-caliber employees, and serve as an internal consultant to line managers and employees on high level HR issues.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with designated Leaders to develop HR initiatives to support business strategy and growth framework
- Drive and implement HR policy and HR programs, initiatives and solutions
- Create plans and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
- Establish a workforce strategy and support all aspects : brand, key local partnerships, Talent Acquisition of Production roles
- Analyze available data to identify trends, create a strategy and proactively work with management and employees to strengthen relationships, improve collaboration, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Build strong working partnerships with Universities and Colleges for the purpose of identifying graduates and interns for key talent opportunities and future succession planning
- Identify leadership development opportunities and stretch assignments, coach and provide insight and guidance to strengthen pipeline / succession
- Counsel and partner with COE to address and bring resolution to employee / labor relations issues including but not limited to investigations, complaints, concerns, terminations etc
- Partner with the Americas HR Services group to ensure provision of high-quality HR services to the local employee population
- Perform other work related duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements
Experience
5 years of progressive professional level human resources experience2+ years in an HR advisory capacityExperience with talent acquisition of production / hourly rolesIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skillsA Bachelor's Degree in a business related fieldPrevious experience of using Workday (HRIS) preferredPreferred Skills and Abilities
