Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Job Description

Our client, a well-established general contractor, is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up multifamily construction projects. This is a key field leadership role with responsibility for site operations, schedules, safety, and subcontractor coordination from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead day-to-day site operations on large-scale multifamily projects
• Manage subcontractors, inspections, materials, and schedules
• Maintain safety, quality, and code compliance
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, and design teams
• Drive project to on-time, on-budget completion
