We're looking for an energetic Restaurant Manager who can match our atmosphere, lead our team, and keep the good times rolling.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house operations
- Oversee service during shifts, including sports nights and live performances
- Coach and motivate staff to deliver warm, attentive hospitality
- Manage beer, wine, and cocktail programs, ensuring top-notch quality and presentation
- Coordinate scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate on promotions, events, and themed nights to keep the energy high
