Strategic Finance Manager

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to provide financial insights and drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Support monthly / quarterly revenue forecasting and reporting processes, including preparing executive-level presentations and analyzing results

Collaborate on the annual planning cycle to align strategic initiatives and revenue drivers across functions

Act as a finance partner to business leaders, delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance performance and decision-making

Required Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience in high-growth environments; investment banking or consulting experience is a plus

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience in building complex compensation models preferred

Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and meet deadlines consistently

Experience with forecasting platforms for planning and budgeting

Strong enthusiasm for technology and artificial intelligence
