We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in rehabilitation to join our multidisciplinary team. The RN Rehabilitation will provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic illness, promoting their independence and optimal functional recovery.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for patients undergoing rehabilitation.

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to prescribed protocols and physician orders.

Monitor patient progress and response to rehabilitation interventions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.

Collaborate closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients and families about rehabilitation goals, self-care, and health maintenance.

Ensure patient safety and comfort while promoting mobility and independence.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
