Senior Director, Value-Based Care

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Federal Value-Based Care Practice.

Key Responsibilities

Establish strategy for securing and executing work related to program improvement and incentive-based payment

Manage client relationships and oversee project performance

Lead staff management, recruitment, and development activities within the Federal Value-Based Care business

Required Qualifications

A master's or doctorate degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience

15 or more years of experience in value-based care or healthcare policy consulting

10 or more years of experience managing staff and leading strategic initiatives

Experience in qualitative and quantitative research, health economics, and project management

Ability to build trust and support among senior staff
