Key Responsibilities
Audit real customer calls and transcripts daily to identify issues
Translate raw call data into actionable product insights for engineers and PMs
Run experiments on prompts to validate improvements and enhance AI performance
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in conversation-AI QA, CX analytics, or product analytics
Familiarity with GenAI concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering
Strong attention to detail, particularly in understanding nuances in accents
Ability to summarize complex data into concise reports
Bonus : Experience in home services, SaaS, or voice UX design
