Position : Electrical Supervisor
Location : Gila Bend, AZ
Salary : $140k - $160k (including bonus, excluding profit sharing)
Relocation Package : Available
About Us : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our team of electricians. Our company is committed to providing top-tier services and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our electrical systems.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and mentor junior electricians.
- Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Participate in project planning and execution.
