Experience Preferred : Prior lawn care, landscaping, or grounds‑keeping experience is a plus, but we also train motivated newcomers. Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record : Must be able to operate company vehicles safely. Starting Pay : $15.00 / hr (commensurate with experience). Advancement Opportunities : Clear path to higher‑pay roles such as Lead Technician, Crew Supervisor, or Operations Manager as the business expands. Training & Certification : Ongoing on‑the‑job training, safety certifications, and equipment operation instruction.

What You’ll Do
- Perform routine lawn maintenance—including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
- Apply fertilizers, weed control, and other treatments according to schedule and safety guidelines.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small power tools.
- Communicate professionally with customers, answering basic questions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work site.
- Assist teammates on larger projects (e.g., planting, mulching, seasonal clean‑ups).
