What you will be responsible for

Patent Management & Strategy

• Design & Implement IP Processes : Develop and continuously refine a streamlined patent application process—from invention identification, proposal evaluation, and filing to rights maintenance.
• Incentive & Compliance Programs : Establish and standardize patent incentive mechanisms to motivate internal R&D teams, ensuring high-quality patent submissions while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
• Global Patent Portfolio Management : Strategically plan and adjust the company’s international patent landscape based on market dynamics and business objectives.
• Licensing & Negotiations : Collaborate on patent licensing initiatives, cross-licensing agreements, and strategies related to standard-essential patents (SEP) to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Risk Control & Infringement Prevention : Develop and implement risk mitigation protocols, including proactive infringement monitoring and early warning systems.
• IP Culture & Training : Lead internal training sessions and drive the development of a robust intellectual property culture across the organization.
