Location : North of Boston (Hybrid, in-office required)
Compensation : $100,000 $120,000 + bonus
We are partnered with a leading organization seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support C-level executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-level executive support, managing complex priorities, and serving as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- Manage and prioritize complex schedules, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met
- Prepare presentations, correspondence, and confidential documents with accuracy and discretion
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and serve as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Assist with expense management and reporting (experience with Concur & SAP highly preferred)
- Support key initiatives requiring discretion, judgment, and strong organizational skills
Qualifications :
7+ years of experience supporting C-level executivesStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Concur and SAP strongly preferredAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentialityHybrid schedule must be able to work in-office regularly
