As the Senior Manager Advanced Analytics within the DC IB Capacity Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding foundational service metrics like the E2E Fill Rate & DC Fill Rate, which are critical benchmarks of DC operational performance. These metrics are instrumental in diagnosing service failures and driving operational excellence, ultimately improving store availability, in-stock performance, and customer satisfaction. Leveraging your expertise in supply chain operations, advanced analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, you will turn data into actionable insights and lead efforts to improve decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do...

• Serve as the business lead for the 4ITB team, ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned and executed effectively.
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap to expand service metrics across new networks and channels, addressing both current and future business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities, establish timelines and milestones, and oversee metric enhancements and launches.
• Spearhead the design, discovery, and implementation of E2E Fill Rate / DC Fill Rate metric enhancements to meet the evolving demands of diverse supply chain networks and channels.
• Partner with operations teams and stakeholders to uncover insights into operational processes, nuances, and root causes of service failures.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improving metric accuracy, scope, and operational relevance.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
