Receiving Clerk - Material Coordinator

Pay : $20.00 - $20.50 / hour

Shift : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable Material Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering materials to support production needs, while ensuring accuracy, organization, and safe handling practices.

Job Duties :

• Receive incoming supplies and materials; verify items against packing lists and purchase orders
• Inspect deliveries for damage or defects and notify appropriate personnel when needed
• Organize and maintain stockrooms for efficient storage and access
• Distribute materials to production and other departments as needed
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate material records
• Input daily material transactions into the system
• Box jumbo rolls from the coater and prepare roll orders for shipment
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Assist with recycling and waste pick-up coordination
• Support physical inventory activities and reporting
