job_description.job_card.job_descriptionThe Senior Equipment Engineer will provide upskills to local line maintenance technicians. Being the expert in the field would share knowledge with other team members. Capable of giving OJT and possible classroom training on various issues to help technicians better understand PM & CM activities and troubleshoot issues across various tools. Capable of following maintenance manuals to perform PMs and provide input for PM documents. Capable of providing input for proper troubleshooting guides to be written. Axcelis Implanters Gasonics PEP 3510 Asher Ontrak / Entrepix DSS-200 wafer cleaner / scrubber APET NEO 2000 JST Tigress wet bench KDF 900i series sputtering tool (KDF 954i) 150mm / 200mm wafer sorters (preferably NADA) VERTEQ 1600 SRD (rinser dryer) 4WAVE Z-Flex System WS-400-6NPPB Spin Coater CDE RESMAP (4 point probe) Job Requirements : 20+ years of semiconductor experience; especially on 150 / 200mm tools, (KLA, ASML, and TEL track tools). Must be journey-level with high degree of competency in the field generally including OEM certifications and / or industry licensing credentials. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to report to management and executive-level stakeholders. Advanced computer skills and demonstrated proficiency in all software related to job activities. Is a technical or supervisory leader for the team directing the work activities of others and setting standards for the team. Prefer B.S.+ or equivalent, but not required; 20+ years of semiconductor FSE experience is required. Physical Effort / Activities : May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push / pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
