Experience with Dataverse, including entity and field management, security roles, data import / export, data modeling, and understanding relationships and business rules (4+ years). Experience with Power Automate administration, including flow management, connection / security management, gateway management, and understanding triggers and actions (3+ years). Experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, including user and group management, security, authentication, and conditional access policies (3+ years). Experience with Power BI, including workspace and dataset management, report deployment, sharing, and security (2+ years). Experience with Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, data loss prevention policies, and auditing / logging (2+ years). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to describe technology to diverse user groups and document requirements. Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands, priorities, and ambiguity. Customer service orientation. Experience with configuration management and source control (Git) with Power Platform. PowerShell scripting for automation. Experience with Power Pages, including website deployment, security, and Dataverse integration. Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications, e.g., Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.
