What You’ll Do

As the Project Supervisor, you’ll be the engine behind departmental execution. You’ll coordinate and lead projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering measurable results. You’ll work closely with leadership to support initiatives in finance, HR, staffing, and operations—bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to every effort.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects across finance, budgeting, HR, staffing, and operations
• Develop project timelines, assign responsibilities, and track progress against key milestones
• Lead regular follow-ups with project teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Represent the department in strategic meetings and cross-functional initiatives
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs, including cross-training and onboarding
• Provide operational coverage across departments, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting
• Prepare accurate and compelling reports, audits, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Travel as needed to support on-site rollouts and represent the department in the field
