  • 24-Hour Call Shift Rate : $2,100 (minimum 3 gratis hours)

  • Minimum Board Certification : Board Eligible (within 3 years) or Board Certified
  • License Requirement : Will consider candidates willing to obtain CA license
  • The Following Certifications Are Required : ACLS, BLS
  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 90-120 days
  • Fellowship : facility needs a provider that has a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction

  • Penile prosthesis
  • Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)

    • Additional Information

  • No hospital privileges required for submission, but privileges are needed for call and procedures
  • Support Staff : 2 RNs, 8 MAs, 1 PA / NP, 1 Office Staff
  • No supervision of APPs or residents required
  • Insurance provided by vendor
