We're seeking an IT Manager to lead Stronghold's IT operations, manage key IT vendor relationships, and strengthen / maintain our cybersecurity posture. This is an opportunity to shape the IT function in a growing investment management firm that has a collaborative culture where technology drives impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on problem-solving, someone who can lead a small team, drive priorities, and ensure a secure, high-performing environment across all systems.

What You'll Do

Technology Operations & Team Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and provide leadership to the IT support team.
• Prioritize and manage team workload, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify technology improvements that enhance business efficiency.
