Participate in the design and ensure implementation of commercial / pricing strategy to understand customer needs, determine appropriate pricing for the business and enhance competitive position of the business offerings in line with business strategy, financial and operational objectives, Group guidelines and policies.

Key Tasks :

• Contribute to defining commercial / pricing strategy including planning, key initiatives, systems, tools and budgets
• Ensure delivery and quality of proposal development and commercial / pricing programs
• Support development of commercial / pricing strategies for a portfolio of products across targeted market segments
• Develop and implement commercial / pricing models, tools, systems and processes
• Lead analysis of profitability and rate levels for existing and potential business
• Provide expert advice and recommendations for commercial / pricing decisions
• Ensure documentation of price proposals and communication to relevant stakeholders
• Analyze and research market findings to interpret competitive landscape and identify target market position
• Suggest and implement best in class pricing practices and knowledge sharing
• Implement short to mid-term commercial / pricing strategy for either a broad portfolio or specific products or services

Salary range : $100,000 - 140,000. Total compensation. Medical / dental / vision insurance, 401k match to contribution, PTO (3 weeks, 8 sick days, 4 floating holidays)
