Lomas Santa Fe Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Pool Gate Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon. Pay scale : $16.50 - $17.00 per hour.

General Purpose : Ensures safety and security of members and employees of facility.

Essential Duties :

• Observes persons entering, exiting, or loitering in or around facilities and responds to security related complaints from residents, members, guests, and employees.
• Conducts routine walk-arounds of the property at scheduled and random times.
• Ensures that doors are locked and property is secure.
• Responds to accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities. Documents details and advises management.
• Maintains logs and reports of all related activities.
• Provides security coverage for special events programs.
• Enforces all rules and regulations set forth by facility.
• Identifies and corrects any safety hazards.
• Performs light maintenance duties including but not limited to : changing locks and light bulbs.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education / Experience : High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Computer skills. CPR and First Aid Training a plus.

Other qualifications : Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job.
