Job Summary

The Mental Health Therapist will provide effective counseling skills that facilitate client growth in ways that support their goals and interests, promote client's welfare and demonstrate valuing and respect for client's diversity and cultural contexts.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The essential functions include the following :

• Responsible to ensure and / or deliver and properly document the provision of mental health services including standardized mental health screening, diagnostic assessment, individualized treatment plan, individual, group and family therapy, mental health case management, progress notes, discharge summary at termination of services, and the maintenance of client records in accordance with Minnesota Statutes for Mental Health (245I MN Statutes) and MnTC policy.

Target Compensation Range (Negotiable based on Qualifications) :

$61,000-$64,000 / year - Clinical Trainee (needs supervision)

$71,000-$75,000 / year - Licensed Clinician
