Job Summary :

The Business Development Associate will play a critical role in organization’s growth by procuring, managing, and building client relationships and driving sale initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales and communication skills to work closely with project managers and general contractors.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain company and client expectations while building trust and rapport with clients / customers.
• Maintain and develop client relationships by phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Coordinate and initiate follow-up and outbound communication.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of sales analytics to focus sales strategies.
• Research market and industry trends.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies with the team.
• Work closely with internal and external project managers and general contractors.
