Key Responsibilities
Lead full cycle recruiting efforts for multiple clients, from sourcing to offer acceptance
Build diverse candidate pipelines using strategic sourcing techniques
Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate setting
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or equivalent experience
Non-IT recruitment experience
Familiarity with iCIMS or similar ATS platforms
Located in EST or CST time zones (EST preferred)
