Program Manager
The BAE Systems FAST Labs Sensor Technologies (ST) product line focuses on R&D of multi-modal sensing and response technologies and capabilities that align with our business area and customer market demands. Ranging from next generation lasers, precision beam pointing, advanced seekers, and expendables, ST has established itself as a market leader in the development of EO / IR and RF component technologies with a history of developing capabilities with Technology Readiness Levels of 3 to 6. ST is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to lead programs supporting all technical areas. The position requires an Active Clearance. This is a fast paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience. The PM will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a program, performing Quality Assurance, and communicating verbally, and in writing to the customer to address changes and challenges. The PM also will interact frequently with internal and external senior level executives and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, contracts, and strategies. This PM will lead a fast-moving DARPA program with HW / SW development elements. This position reports directly to the ST Program Management Office (PMO) Lead and must be based out of our Merrimack, NH facility. This position will require virtual and in-person collaboration with customers and staff across BAE Systems ES Facilities located across the US. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative / in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Pay Information :
Full-Time Salary Range : $150370 - $255630. Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
