- ?? What You'll Do
- Technology leadership – Define and execute the product architecture, tech stack, and AI integration strategy.
- Product development – Build and scale the MVP into a secure, compliant, enterprise-ready SaaS product for healthcare facilities.
- AI & automation – Drive innovation using LLMs, predictive analytics, and clinical decision support.
- Integrations – Lead integration with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) via FHIR APIs.
- Team building – Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team in U.S. and India.
- Process & compliance – Build HIPAA compliant infrastructure, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and data security.
- Co-Founder role – Be part of every strategic decision from fundraising to go-to-market.
- ? What We're Looking For
- Hands-on full-stack engineering leader (7–10+ years) with proven experience in SaaS or healthtech.
- Strong background in AI / ML, data engineering, and cloud-native architecture
- Experience with EHR systems, FHIR / HL7, or healthcare data standards is a big plus.
- Entrepreneurial DNA – you want to build a company from zero to scale as a true co-founder (bonus if you've been a founder before).
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast in an early-stage environment.
- Passion for solving real-world healthcare problems with technology.

- Ownership & Salary : This is a true co-founder role with equal ownership ( ~30% equity ). A salary will begin once we raise capital.
