Bilingual Medical Office Assistant

Location : Las Vegas, NV

Employment Type : Full-Time

Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Bilingual Medical Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily clinic operations and ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to follow-up.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Scan insurance cards and intake documents accurately
  • Confirm insurance eligibility prior to appointments
  • Prepare patient charts for clinical staff
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Assist with processing and sending medical records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing faxes
  • Provide general support to the clinic team as needed

Requirements :

  • Spanish bilingual required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures and systems preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
