Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations across our eight buildings. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all equipment and facilities, implement preventive maintenance programs, and manage a team of maintenance technicians.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintenance Operations : Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for cutting, forming, welding, blasting, painting, and assembly equipment.
  • Preventive Maintenance : Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Team Management : Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to production processes.
  • Inventory Management : Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
  • Compliance : Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Budget Management : Manage maintenance budget, track expenses, and optimize costs.
  • Reporting : Prepare and present regular maintenance reports to senior management.

Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a metal fabrication environment.
  • Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in maintenance software and tools.
  • Certifications : Relevant certifications in maintenance management or industrial maintenance are a plus.
