Responsibilities
Manage and maintain legal caseload through private hires and court appointmentsConduct legal research using various resources such as Lexis-Nexis and WestlawDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contractsAssist with case management and preparation for litigationReview and analyze legal documents and evidenceRepresent clients in court proceedingsNegotiate settlements on behalf of clientsProvide legal advice and guidance to clientsAttend meetings and consultations with clientsSkills
Ability to litigate cases effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and WestlawStrong research and analytical skillsAbility to negotiate favorable outcomes for clientsRequirements
