Insurance Account Manager and Sales Representative

We're looking for a motivated, goal-oriented professional to join our Insurance Sales Team in Appleton WI area . In this role, you'll focus on prospecting and selling new accounts while also managing and servicing an existing book of business. Key Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, networking, and lead generation

Gather client information and prepare necessary documentation

Review coverage details to ensure appropriate insurance solutions are being offered

Present proposals and coverage options to prospective clients

Support the application and submission process

Build and maintain relationships to retain renewal clients throughout the year

Deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive client experience

What We're Looking For :
