Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service-level agreements to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery of IT services. Develop and maintain policies and tools for document control, CRM, and compliance management. Ensure all systems and documentation adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards. Support the execution team with project documentation and regulatory requirements. Lead a growing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and cross-functional support. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the company’s operating systems to enhance efficiency and ensure ongoing compliance. Ensure cross-training within the team to provide flexibility and coverage across functions. Work closely with the executive team to ensure compliance-related documentation is prepared for board meetings and external reviews. Provide operational and compliance guidance to leadership to support long-term organizational growth. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degrees or certifications in systems, compliance, or project management preferred. 10+ years of industry experience, ideally in systems improvement, compliance, or operational management. Demonstrated success in implementing digital platforms and improving operational processes. Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders. Senior Manager / Director, Systems Improvement & Compliance (Electrical Utility)
We are seeking an experienced leader to take charge of multiple company-wide programs and tools under the remit of systems improvement and compliance. This individual will lead the implementation and oversight of key systems, ensuring they meet the company’s operational goals while adhering to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving innovation, efficiency, and compliance across the organization’s digital and management platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Systems Development :
- Design and implement strategies for continuous improvement in systems architecture and digital platforms.
- Lead the integration of new systems and tools to support the company's operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
