About The Position

Job Title : CVOR Tech

Profession : Surgical Services

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (06 : 45 - 15 : 15)

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a surgical setting

License : Current compact state licensure

Certifications : NBSTSA and BLS-AHA certifications required

Must-Have :

Strong neuro and ortho experience.

Experience floating to other OR cases.

Description :

MUST HAVE RECENT REQUIRED EXPERIENCE.

Bilingual orientation will occur bi-weekly.

Travelers must be willing to work a holiday shift as assigned by management.

No major holiday requests for time off will be accepted.

RTO cannot be requested within 14 days of the start date and cannot exceed 7 days.

The facility will require all staff to float to other surgical specialties as needed.

Candidates should ensure certifications and licensure do not expire within 45 days of the start date.

Experience charting with Cerner is preferred but not required.

Candidates must have experience in handling specific surgical procedures.

Duties will include sterile processing and assisting in surgical procedures within the CVOR.

Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety and maintaining a sterile environment.

Team members will collaborate closely with surgical staff and other departments.

Compliance with all floating policies and procedures is required.

Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.
