Job Summary :

We’re looking for a Line Cook to join our Back of House team. Someone who takes pride in a clean, organized kitchen and loves being part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepping Ingredients : Efficiently prep a variety of ingredients ensuring they are ready for use in dishes. This includes chopping, marinating, and portioning.
• Cooking : Follow recipes to prepare dishes with precision and creativity. Maintain a clean and organized cooking station, ensuring food is cooked to perfection.
• Dishwashing : Responsibly manage cleaning duties, including washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
• Shift Tasks : Perform various tasks as needed during shifts, such as inventory management, maintaining kitchen equipment, and assisting with food storage.
• Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
• Learning & Growth : Demonstrate a willingness to learn about our unique wine selections and integrate this knowledge into food preparation and presentation.
