AI Delivery Director AI Center of Excellence - Remote

The Director IT is responsible for leading in the delivery and support of IT solutions. This role is responsible for participating as a member of the IT management team in the overall planning of Information Technology projects, programs and services. Develop and communicate IT strategy.

Responsibilities

Set technical vision and develops technology strategies to support long-term growth and sustainability, leveraging company strategy as well as industry trends and best practices

Provide thought leadership and clear technical direction to deliver results and business value. Mentor and coach the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration

Accountable for the enablement of successful delivery of assigned services, projects and maintenance efforts across IT and business functions, incorporating, improving and supporting Prime's project tools and methodologies including Enterprise Project Life Cycle (EPLC), Solution Delivery and compliance with and adhering to security policies and best practices

Manage selection, evaluation, integration and ongoing performance of externally available hardware, software and processes to deliver business solutions

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise counterparts, vendors and technology stakeholders; influence all levels of business and IT staff within assigned application portfolio to ensure organization understands business priorities and is meeting business needs

Build and lead a transformational team required to design and execute on key business and technical strategies by collaboratively designing and developing system and process features

Lead assigned team in the management of project delivery, resource planning and sourcing, employee development, and budget management

Secure supplies, tools, professional development opportunities, and working environment needs of department

Prepare department plans, focus departmental priorities, and resolve issues of conflicting priorities; accountable for the development and execution of department workforce strategy

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and / or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

8 years of relevant work experience in wide range of IT-related roles with exposure to variety of technologies and applications

5 years of people management experience

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex material to audiences in plain language

Excellent problem solving and business analysis skills

Ability to multi-task, manage projects, set time frames, and meet deadlines

Ability to work as team player, comfortable with fast paced, changing environment and ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

PBM / healthcare / regulated market company experience

Previous experience interfacing with executive level of leadership

Experience working with large systems integrators

Advanced degree or certifications

Potential pay for this position ranges from $143,000.00 - $243,000.00 based on experience and skills.
