Project Manager - Industrial Equipment

We’re a fast-paced OEM delivering high-performance machinery and custom automation solutions. We’re looking for a Project Manager to own complex capital equipment projects from kickoff through installation. This role bridges the gap between customers, engineering, production, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead cradle-to-grave project execution for custom machine builds

Act as primary point of contact for customers and internal teams

Drive timelines, budgets, and deliverables with accountability

Translate customer specs into actionable project plans

Collaborate with sales on proposals and technical reviews

Ensure clear communication across engineering, production, and leadership

Requirements :

5+ years managing capital equipment or machinery projects

Background in mechanical or industrial engineering (degree or equivalent experience)

Strong understanding of machine design, manufacturing processes, and automation

Sales or customer-facing experience in technical environments

Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems

Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25%
