Overview

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Web Developer with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ, Plano, TX, Newark, DE, Richmond, VA and Chicago, IL. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and innovative capacity management capabilities and solutions utilizing python and multiple agent and database data sources (Telegraf, Dynatrace, MongoDB, InfluxDB) for business critical, audited internal processes
• Gather functional requirements, proposing and developing solutions
• Follow internal Agile based software development lifecycle including design, development, and testing, complying with strict version and change control
• Own the end to end solution development by utilizing excellent communication and collaboration skills to provide technical handover and support to existing team
• Design, develop and support new web portals to support bespoke internal requirements for capacity management capabilities
• Gather functional requirements, proposing and developing solutions, owning the solution from end to end
• Follow internal Agile based software development lifecycle including design, development, and testing, complying with strict version and change control
• Utilize excellent communication and collaboration skills to provide technical handover and support to existing team
