🌎 Remote Bilingual French Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate : $16 / hour

About the Role
Are you fluent in French and English with a passion for helping others? Join a dynamic financial services team as a Customer Service Representative , where you'll assist customers with auto lease and loan insurance inquiries—no sales, no collections, just meaningful support.
You’ll be the voice of trusted auto finance brands (Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, and more), helping customers resolve insurance-related issues such as missing documents, cancellations, or payment gaps.

Schedule Options
Training : First 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM CST
Must pass an 80% assessment to transition to your assigned shift

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr.
