Part-Time Freelance Apparel Quality Assurance Specialist - Los Angeles, CA

Artful Home is looking for a team player, who appreciates what we do and can ensure that clothing and textile products meet established quality standards throughout the production process, which involves inspecting materials, assessing production, and identifying defects or inconsistencies to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include :

• Inspecting and Testing : Conducting thorough inspections of samples and production cut garments at various production stages.
• Quality Control : Implementing and maintaining quality control processes and procedures to ensure products meet specifications.
• Defect Identification and Resolution : Identifying and documenting defects or inconsistencies, collaborating with production teams to address issues.
• Compliance : Ensuring products comply with company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting : Preparing and maintaining detailed quality documentation and reports.
• Process Improvement : Analyzing quality data and recommending process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
• Collaboration : Working closely with production team and factories, to ensure quality goals are met.
• Training : Training and mentoring factories on quality assurance best practices.
