We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Data Engineer based in either the Raleigh, NC or Jersey City, NJ areas. Candidates must be available to participate in onsite interviews at one of these locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in process design, technical architecture, and engineering practices on new implementations and day-to-day support and operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team through knowledge sharing and day-to-day activities.
• Ensure adherence to the company's architecture, data governance, quality, and security standards.
• Collaborate with product owners / managers and stakeholders to align data initiatives with the product roadmap.
• Manage the complete implementation team (engineers, QA, and BSA).
• Keep data projects on track with defined milestones and deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative culture by promoting data literacy and self-service analytics across the organization.

Arch Insurance Group Inc. offers a competitive base pay range of $130,000.00 / yr - $175,000.00 / yr. The total individual compensation package will be based on factors such as geographic location, scope and responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability, and specialization, as well as business needs.
