Pay Range : $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule : 5 : 30 AM – 1 : 30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Job Type : Full-time

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our outdoor LED lighting manufacturing team. This position requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating and welding components for lighting products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform welding tasks on various materials and components.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards.

Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications :

Welding certification in stainless steel and aluminum alloys preferred.

Proven experience as a welder, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
