Key Responsibilities :

Lead & Develop : Manage and inspire a team of dynamic professionals, ensuring they achieve performance goals while fostering a positive and energetic work environment.

Financial savvy, with experience managing budgets, sales, and controlling costs.

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Dunkin staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
