Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Management Associate Director or Director to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing strategically important partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and with other Flagship companies. You will help establish best practices for Pioneering Medicines' existing and future programs. Since we are an entrepreneurial, high growth unit of Flagship you will work as the Program Manager on at least one program at any given time. This is a high-profile role in our organization and an opportunity to work side by side with our leadership team.
This role will be based at our Cambridge, MA location. We have a hybrid model, and onsite presence is required 4 days per week.
