Were seeking a future team member for the role of AV Events Tech to join AV Events and Design team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways :

• Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains AV production equipment on a day-to-day basis including control room, production workspaces, video and audio equipment
• Conducts technical logistic consultation and information gathering and documentation
• Demonstrates customer service with follow-up and follow-through on incidents
• Assists AV Operations team with troubleshooting of video conference equipment and systems
• Executes hybrid events / meetings using webcast platforms such as MS Teams, Webex and GlobalMeet.
