A company is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist (Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
Process full cycle semi-monthly, multi-state U.S. payroll and ensure compliance with regulations
Conduct audits to maintain data integrity and manage payroll tax registrations and compliance matters
Support administration of benefits programs and assist employees with payroll and benefits-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
3+ years of payroll administration experience, with multi-state experience preferred
Familiarity with Paylocity, HiBob, or similar HRIS systems
Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance requirements
Proficient in Excel and comfortable with Google Workspace and AI tools
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
