Schedule : C Shift | 6 : 45 PM – 7 : 00 AM | Rotating Days | Every Other Weekend

Role overview

Guide a high-performing team across compounding, blending, and packaging to meet safety, quality, and output goals. You’ll orchestrate people, processes, and equipment to keep production on plan while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Direct daily operations : align staffing to the production schedule, set shift priorities, and troubleshoot processing issues in real time.
• Own safety : enforce environmental and safety policies, stop unsafe conditions, and raise housekeeping standards through repairs, expectations, and coaching.
• Protect quality : ensure compliance with manufacturing instructions and quality systems; submit change requests to improve procedures.
• Optimize flow : monitor each phase of production and verify correct use of tools and methods.
• Develop people : train, coach, counsel, and discipline as needed; conduct evaluations and provide growth-focused feedback.
• Coordinate with maintenance / engineering : assess needs and issue work orders to reduce downtime.
• Build collaboration : foster cooperation within the shift and across departments and shifts.
• Report outcomes : use Teknor Apex reporting systems to record and communicate daily results.
• Complete additional assignments as directed by management.
