As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Center Site Manager to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.

Position Summary

The Data Center Site Manager leads all onsite Salute operations and personnel to ensure the safe and reliable performance of electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems. Serving as the primary point of contact to the client, the Site Manager leads a team of technical experts who support all aspects of facility operations and maintenance. The role maintains close coordination through daily collaboration and routine meetings with the client’s leadership team and is accountable for maintenance execution, incident response, team development, and continuous operational improvement across all shifts.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of onsite technical experts and facility personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality performance across all shifts.
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with Salute’s values and operational standards.
• Plan and manage staffing, shift coverage, and personnel development in coordination with the Regional Director and Human Resources.
• Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to support alignment, growth, and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (HR, Safety, Finance, Training) to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Analyze operational performance and initiate corrective actions to maintain stability and efficiency.
